A virtual office comprises a set of tools (Messaging, Documents, Address book, Agenda, etc.) and can be accessed by several channels: Web, WAP, synchronization with software and PDA.

ContactOffice can be entirely customized: graphics (your logo and look&feel) and features: you set up your own subscriptions formulas by choosing the available tools and capacities associated to each of them (storage for Documents, number of contacts in the Address book, etc.).

You set the end user price of these subscriptions. You can also offer one or all of these subscriptions for free.

In case end-users must already authenticate on your Web site, the Single Sign-On (SSO) procedure avoids requesting a second authentication. This same procedure allows automatic account creation and destruction.
